Rossin (1966 -), Bulgarian born American artist is a master whose paintings carry a sense of academia while simultaneously evoking warmth and joy. Her abstracted works are on both sides of the spectrum: chaotic yet thoughtful at one end, and soft and reminiscent of childhood freedom on the other. She meticulously crafts her subject matter to be both modern and classical, creating an inviting, trance-like allure. Rossin’s artistic abilities were recognized early at the age of eighteen after becoming the youngest ever member of the Bulgarian Association of Artists, winning the association’s Young Talent Award. From 1992 – 2011, Rossin traveled extensively, working and exhibiting in various countries such as Tokyo, Paris, and Germany. Her work is now a part of numerous private collections such as the King & Spalding Collection in Atlanta, Georgia.
