HOURLY RATE:

All appraisal work is charged on an hourly basis & our rate is $125 per hour.  Estimates are based on the amount of time we believe it will take to examine & research the property & to prepare the Appraisal Report.  Our appraisal fee is in no way related to the value of the item(s) appraised.

ON-SITE APPRAISALS:

For an item(s) to be appraised on-site, expenses for travel time to the on-site location are charged at half our hourly rate or $62.50 per hour.  There is no charge for on-site locations within Atlanta's I-285 perimeter.

DEPOSIT:

All appraisals require a fifty percent deposit due at time of the approved quote with the balance due upon the client's receipt of the Appraisal Report document.

A completed Appraisal Report will include detailed property descriptions & itemized values in a bound document with an affidavit & summary page.
