Our apartment at 97, rue du Bac is located on the sunny, quiet courtyard of the famous Hotel de Segur, built in 1720 & home of the Prince de Salm/Dyck whose frequent guest was the Marquis de Lafayette.

 

About the Apartment:

  • Each bedroom has very high quality, firm twin beds which can be converted into a king-size bed.

  • If the large bedroom’s additional daybed is used, the apartment can sleep a total of five people.  Five people is the absolute limit for the apartment.  All occupants must be at least 16 years old.

  • Two bathrooms - one with tub & shower, one with shower only.

  • Furnished with period antiques.

  • No stairs, located on first floor.  Apartment is entered directly from flowered courtyard.

  • Very secure, with gardienne/concierge on duty 24 hours per day who watches the door to the street when it is not locked.  Windows have lockable, louvered shutters.

  • Convenient underground public parking is available two blocks away.

  • Rue du Bac has some of the finest boutiques & food shops in Paris, especially the Bon Marche’s Grande Epicerie grocery store, which is one & one-half blocks away.

  • Convenient to major sites & metro stops.  The Louvre is a 12 minute walk.

  • Very close to a small park, a good place for reading & drinking your morning coffee.

Rental Rate:   

  • One bedroom - $1,800 per week

  • Two bedrooms - $2,500 per week

  • Studio - $1,200 per week

Rental rate does not include weekly maid service.
