"Walk-Through" Evaluations

Spalding Nix is available for "walk-through" evaluations of homes offering his opinions on the value contents of the home.  

With a "walk-through" evaluation, Mr. Nix walks a house from attic to basement, commenting on those objects that he believes may have strong resale value.  Upon finishing the "walk-through", Mr. Nix sits down with the client & discusses resale & other options.

A "walk-through" evaluation does not make official statements about the value of objects - it merely allows Mr. Nis the opportunity to identify those pieces that may be worth selling & to offer resale options.  "Walk-through" evaluations are best suited for estates that may not need a written appraisal.

Mr. Nix is available for "walk-through" evaluations on a hourly basis of $125 per hour.
