CONSULTATION EVALUATIONS

Spalding Nix is available for consultation evaluations of homes or businesses offering his opinions on the value of the contents.

With a consultation evaluation, Mr. Nix walks a house from attic to basement, commenting on those objects that he believes may have strong resale value.  Upon finishing the "walk-through", Mr. Nix sits down with the client & discusses resale & other options.

A consultation evaluation does not make official statements about the dollar value of objects - it merely allows Mr. Nis the opportunity to identify those pieces that may be worth selling & to offer resale options.  A consultation evaluation is not an oral appraisal.  

Mr. Nix is available for consultation evaluations on a hourly basis of $125 per hour.

All consultation evaluations require a minimum charge of $250.
