She was named the State Fellow for South Carolina by the SouthArts Commission 2018 & Lowcountry Artist of the Year 2017. Kate is an MFA candidate at Maryland Institute College of Art. She exhibits internationally & her work is found in private collections as well as public, notably those of the College of Charleston & HBO Productions.
